CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

All customers will be held to the same standard when it comes to understanding our terms and conditions for our policies. If there is any miscommunication or issues with the policies listed, they must be addressed to our company via. email: us.weallwegot@gmail.com. If the customer fails to contact us about any problems they have with our policies before they place their purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved. 

 

ITEM PREORDER UPDATES

* NEW UPDATE : All Preorders for our products have been submitted to our manufacturer. The first production update will be posted on our instagram page daily.  Instagram: us.weallwegot

Our release of our new products such as Hoodies, Sweats, & accessories will be available for purchase and preorder on March 9, 2024, at 4 PM (EST) with size guide. There will be 70 pre-made units of each item, meaning only 70 units will be available for next-day shipping. All orders placed before the 70 units sell out will be shipped out on Monday, March 11th. All orders placed after the first 70 orders of each product will be secured through our preorder fulfillment. All orders will be accumulated from March.9 and will end at 11:59 pm (EST) on March. 23rd. All orders that are placed during the preorder period will be notified via email that their order is a preorder and orders will be shipped out 2-3 business weeks (not including the weekends) after Feb.9th. Updates on preorder progress will be posted on our Instagram: @US.WEALLWEGOt in the highlights section labeled 'UPDATES'. Before the purchase and/or preorder is placed on our website, in each product description it states 70 PREMADE ONCE SOLD THIS TURNS TO PREORDER, also all sales are final. There will be no refunds during the preorder duration of the customer waiting for their product. Refunds will not be accepted for the customer stating that they didn't know that it was a preorder, because all customers read product descriptions before they complete their purchase. Exchanges will be available upon the delivery of the product to the customer if there are signs of damaged goods, stains, etc. Exchanges can only be accepted if the problem is addressed to the company within one week of the package being delivered.

 

PREORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled in the description as a PREORDER, all orders placed on this item must have checked our terms and conditions box before they place their PREORDER on that particular item. Customers will not be able to complete their purchase until they have selected this box and ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions for the PREORDER before they check the box to complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via. email. After purchasing a PREORDERED item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the PREORDER duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, we suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @US.WEALLWEGOT, where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. All emails about order progress will not be answered until the bulk order for that desired product is completed and shipped to each of the customers. Thank you 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

When making any purchases through our company, all purchases are FINAL. This means if an item is labeled as a PREORDER in the description of that particular product, refunds, and chargebacks will not be accepted because we state that in product descriptions before your purchase you still purchasing means that you accept the wait times and abide by our company’s PREORDER fulfillment.

POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS

If an order was placed and the size was placed incorrectly before purchasing, there will be a $7 service fee to exchange your ordered size for the correct size. PLEASE, before you rush to make your purchase, double check your order before you place the submit order button to avoid these service fees.

  

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
